Kenda Engineer’s observed that by applying a thin layer of a special protective tape to the side wall of the tyre, it reduced side wall cuts, punctures and tears without adding significant weight or cost to the tyre. Further more, this tape is external and you can see and demonstrate yourself the detective charistic of the material.
