For those looking for more versatility the Big Nine 60 has all the "proper" mountain biking credentials of the Big Nine 40 but with 2 x transmission ideal if you spend more time commuting than sessioning.

Merida's expertise for over 50 years has been building bombproof aluminium hardtails. The latest generation follows modern mountain bike trends - a longer reach combined with a shorter stem. The geometry features a steeper seat angle and slacker head angle for greater offroad capability but without compromising everyday usability.
